HOW DO I FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR?

There are several ways you can search for the product you are interesting in. If you know the part number of a branded product we list i.e. Parabolt Code, simply just type that into the search box at the top of our website. You can also search by keyword and product name, or by simply browsing through our many categories and brands listed.

 

DO YOU HAVE MY ITEM IN STOCK?

With over 300 tonnes of stock held at our warehouse, we try our best to stock the popular sizes listed on our shop, alongside some of the less popular and more specialised items.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MY ITEM IN STOCK?

If we do not have your item in stock, we can usually source it for delivery into us the next working day.
(Some Exceptions May Apply)
 


WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANNOT OBTAIN MY ITEM?

If for some reason we cannot source the item you have ordered, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative of equal, or better quality (at no extra cost to you).
 


CAN MY ORDER BE TRACKED?

All packages sent out on an overnight courier can be tracked and all packages will require a signature upon delivery.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you wish to return an item then please contact us on 0121 503 0213, or email us at sales@westmidlandsfixings.co.uk and we will get back to you to discuss any issues you may have with your product.

 



ARE YOU OPEN BANK HOLIDAYS AND OVER CHRISTMAS?

Unfortunately we are closed all Bank Holidays, so if you require goods for a Bank Holiday delivery, please let us know in advance. Also, we are closed between Christmas and New Year ,so any goods you require will need to be ordered prior to this period. We will then reopen in the New Year ready to accept new orders.
